FALL 2017 SESSION IS OPEN FOR REGISTRATION!

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • 4 Group-based support and education sessions to introduce you to the fitness center environment. 
    • Session Goals designed to help our participants overcome their exercise barriers:
      • Orientation to resistance training and cardio equipment
      • Demonstration and practice with fitness training equipment
      • Exposure to mini group fitness classes
  • Fitness Center Access including Personalized Fitness Programming to keep you going.
    • Following the 4 initial sessions, participants will be given access to the Trees Hall Fitness Center where the expert staff will work with the participants to create a personalized program and support their activity training.

    • Groups will be held on Monday Evenings   5:30-7:00pm
      • Monday, OCT 23
      • Monday, OCT 30
      • Monday, NOV 6
      • Monday, NOV 13
  • Fitness Center Access DATES:
    • Fitness Center Access and Personalized Fitness Programming Available after finishing the session groups
      • NOV 14 - DEC 21

SESSION DETAILS

This unique program is designed to help identify strategies for overcoming your activity barriers and transition you to a fitness center atmosphere. The team will guide you through 4 group sessions, followed by one-on-one personal coaching to prepare you to continue with a physically active lifestyle.
