WHO WE ARE
Our team in conjunction with the Healthy Lifestyle Institute offers opportunities for Faculty and Staff at the University of Pittsburgh, along with members of the Greater Pittsburgh Community, to participate in innovative health and wellness programming. Current offerings include group exercise classes, fitness center memberships at our campus run facilities, transitional programming to get the beginner started, and initiatives to get you moving more during the workday.
WHAT WE DO
Our mission is to provide affordable opportunities for PITT faculty and staff to get active, but to also engage our Pittsburgh community. Our classes and programs are cutting edge and designed to target all fitness levels. We are here to help EVERYONE find their fitness and work hard to create an atmosphere of support. We are not like other gyms - we are here to serve our members so they remain active for life. Let us help you "Make the Move" towards a physically active lifestyle.
