Our team in conjunction with the Healthy Lifestyle Institute offers opportunities for Faculty and Staff at the University of Pittsburgh, along with members of the Greater Pittsburgh Community, to participate in innovative health and wellness programming. We are here to help EVERYONE find their fitness and work hard to create an atmosphere of support.

Our mission is to provide affordable opportunities that include group exercise classes, fitness center memberships, transitional programming to get the beginner started, and initiatives to get you moving more during the workday. Our classes and programs are cutting edge and designed to target all fitness levels.
